This guarantee applies to both one-time purchases and subscription services during the initial satisfaction period.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If our services experience significant downtime or become unavailable beyond our stated service level agreements.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent you from accessing or using our services properly, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service Does Not Meet Specifications: If our services substantially fail to perform according to the specifications outlined in our service agreement or product description.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service or product.
  • Cancellation Prior to Service Delivery: If you cancel your order before we have begun providing the service (subject to cancellation terms in the service agreement).

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 14 days of purchase for one-time services or products
  • 30 days from the start of the initial subscription period for subscription services
  • 48 hours of the occurrence for service unavailability or technical issues
  • 30 days of the charge date for duplicate charges

7. Subscription Cancellation

  • No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of your current billing period when you cancel a subscription.

For annual subscriptions paid in advance:

  • Cancellations within the first 30 days may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations after 30 days but before the end of the annual term may be eligible for a partial prorated refund, less a cancellation fee, at our discretion.
